    And that's not all...

    -Crusade on Islam
-Illegal searches of all US Mosques
    -Deportation of all Muslim citizens
-Remove troops from Islamic countries...but...More aggressive use of nuclear weapons
    -Increased military funding
    -Reinstate "don't ask don't tell"
    -No foreign aid
-Cut off all US activity in the UN, defund the UN
    -More nuclear power plants
    -Close the EPA
    -Imprison liberal activists

Haha I love how he talks about defending the constitution while simultaneously spewing the most unconstitutional BS imaginable. There are crazy people these days that's for sure.

WARREN: Barack, you're in a fight you will not win. Because you have underestimated how many millions of Americans love this country and have lost loved ones for these United States.

You have declared war on the white man in America -- putting the wants and needs of moochers, leeches, looters, and criminals ahead of the producers, and the workers of America. And we don't want 15 to 20 million illiterate Mexicans and Chicanos as our new welfare society, living like rats in our neighborhoods.

They must go, and either the government steps up, or the government will have to clean up. They will not stay and get citizenship for breaking the law.

Barack, you, your advisers, pollsters, pundits, talking heads, have wanted to know: Who are the pissed-off people in this country? Well, the pissed-off people, sir, are the white people. It's the white people, stupid.

    Angry Whitey?

Somebody please, find and keep track of this guy. No, no, I'm not saying stalk him. It's just that—

Barack, my name is Grady Warren, and I'm an Angry White Man. And I'm here to announce that I'm going to defeat you for President in the 2012 election.

    (Warren)

—given how he starts every video with that faux-folksy, "Barack ... Hussein ... Obama ... mmm-mmm-mmm!" I really want to be there with an MSNBC news crew to buy him a drink on election night and say, "So, Grady, how did that Angry Whitey thing work out for ya?"

To the other, we're told that folks like Grady Warren—or the asshole in Yakima, Washington who explained why Obama was Hitler while his fellow assholes in Yakima, Washington, accused Democrats of being Jews°—are any number of things than what they appear to be.

They're not racist, for instance. As one of our conservative neighbors explained to me: "Race is absolutely not the motivation for opposition to Obama, but it is used by some as a tool in the fight against him."

Or, as another translated: "... racism is a weapon used by non-racists, not an important factor in itself - these people are not racists, they're just using racism as a weapon, and so calling them on the racism behind what they do and say is 'playing the race card' and not fair?"

Grady Warren is a self-proclaimed Angry White Man.

Remember, though, he's not a racist. He's just using "any weapon at hand°".

So, yeah, I kind of want to be there to buy him a drink. Get the first interview after Obama is re-elected.

A drink? He'll probably need several. He wants to make himself a poster boy for Tea Partiers, Republicans, and Real Americans. I'm happy to honor him, as such.

    Notes:

    ° Hitler ... JewsYes, really.

° any weapon at hand — From the same source as the statement that race is absolutely not the motivation for opposition to obama, but, rather, used by some:

"As I said, race is not the motivating factor, it's policy. But some ... will use any weapon at hand to stop Obama. Not because he's black, but because they believe he's going to destroy what they believe is unique about America."

And, for the record, that ellipsis? It simply omits an embarrassing occasion in which the author misinterpreted something and thus inappropriately raised it as part of his argument. Nothing to worry about.

It speaks: The Republican Party voting base, and the controlling faction in national elections as well as most other large scale public policy, for a generation now.

You can't say this country has not had the government it deserves. US democracy works just fine, in that respect.

    If I had a hammer

If I had a hammer ... well, yeah, everything would look like a nail or a kneecap these days.

    But ....

You know those clichés? Darkest before the dawn? The fire is always brightest? Those sorts of sayings?

    Think about it.

Traditional American bigotry simply cannot survive in an enlightened world. Truly, the not-so-invisible hands have done what they can to forestall the day by tailoring education to specialization, but even that is insufficient.

Some like Grady Warren see this as their last stand.

The rest of us can help to make it so.

With conservative sexual neuroses, the slow return of the repressed has been tearing them apart for years. With racial and ethnic neuroses, though, President Obama forced their hand simply by existing and winning. From the day she announced her Senate candidacy, Republicans were expecting to contend with a potential President Hillary Clinton. They even tried to make it so. But, in the end, they played their hand at least somewhat clumsily, and kept too close to people's awareness the dynastic aspect.

And the facts of Obama's nomination and eventual victory have had conservatives tripping over one another in order to reorganize their deployment. It's been a clumsy, embarrassing run for them.

If we're lucky, 2012 will be the climax of this badly-writ cinema verite. Obama will win, the right wing's race warriors will be crushed, and the nation can finally—finally—move on.

It's no guarantee to people like you and me that the Republicans will settle their other festering neuroses, but at least we will be able to put President "Mmm-mmm-mmm!" rhetoric behind us, and try to focus on something important.

This could be the last stand for This Kind of Stupid.

As ugly as this has been, when we step away from the superficial labels and look at what's really happening, we, in fact, are winning. Quadraphonics noted that we can "expect to see a more assertive, independent Obama once he's no longer concerned about reelection".

With the opposition broken, and Obama left to bring us the promised hope and change, we will finally find out if he is what we hoped, or merely the best Republican president since Bill Clinton.

The faster we can bury This Kind of Stupid, the better off we'll all be.

And we are making progress. The only question is whether we're doing so fast enough, or if the nation is going to run out of time before it exorcises these neurotic demons.

It is fear motivated . They are motivated by fear. It is the real scourge. Just like homophobia is . Homophobia is motivated by fear . They can't imagine some one being different than them . That whole " If your not will us you are against us attitude . Were do that get that stuff . Oh yeah the bible said that . The wonderful Jesus . Fear is your enemy you fight . How does one overcome fear? I think by facing it you can . How do you get them to face it ?

P.S. this is why I can't be a tea party person even with them preaching fiscal responsibility . To much nasty ass baggage in there tea bags . My Dad still has some races in him . He is mighty slow to come around . It is a funny thing to because back in the 50's at navigation school in the air-force he was buds with 2 black Men , which was unheard of back in the day to have black Men in officers training . One of them washed out from the pressure of predigests the other guy stuck it out . So my dad would give him a ride after class . Car pooled . He would talk to him and sat by him in class . The rest of the guys would call him a nigger lover and gave them both shit . One of the perpetrators got his just due though and was put in jail and washed out for an incident having to do with what I was just talking about . The rest of the guys joined society and shaped it into the history we call the past . They may still be out there being the same old shit holes they ever were.
Probably tea baggers . Maybe this guy is one of there sons

There are many types of fear to overcome they just haven't come to the fear that they posses as yet because they don't know any other way to react due to lack of understanding others. They only see that their way to escape is to crush anything that opposes their point of view. Instead of trying to resolve their conflicts they use them to incite others into thinking along their line of thought. Just as with many people who never want the world to be anything other that the way they want it to be this group seems to act the same. While there are very few things that they do find in common with others it is what they don't find that upsets them. I understand their frustration with the government but fail to see what they are trying to do to overcome that problem and seem to only make things worse for others that live side by side with them.

I think it was Chris Rock who put this best, by comparing these Tea Party antics to the tantrum that a difficult child will throw immediately before falling asleep.

I think the explanation that fear is the source of these reprehensible politics is weak, it excuses too much. The source is irrational hatred, jealousy, stupidity, anti-intellectualism, xenophobia, racism, and lust for power, as well as religion.

Blacks being shuttled to closed education centers on bases to learn how to be proper Americans. "The rest of the races will follow." I guess he's referring to the drop out WHITE boys who cause just as much trouble.

Got to be a comedian. The sad part is, as usual, there'll be people who watch this and totally agree with him on all parts, just like they do with the rest of the talking heads that make money by feeding the ignorance.

Someone proposed that Trump running for office was a payout to make it much easier for Obama, by watering down the other side's choices. After seeing this, I wonder if they were on to something.

How is any of that exclusive of the "fear" explanation? Most of the things you list are direct manifestations of fear. Even those that aren't, are pretty much all about fear as they figure into politics.

    See Poe's Law:

“Without a winking smiley or other blatant display of humor, it is impossible to create a parody of fundamentalism that someone won't mistake for the real thing.”
