Damnit. Now I have to riot at Chicago too.

I don't mind the air fare but it's a bit hard to be running through the streets brandishing a pitchfork and torch in a mob of one.

I thought the Nazi swastika had a different direction from the Indian one - clockwise or anti-clockwise. But it just seems the same from the pics?

Not at all. Right from shape, color, orientation to meaning and connotations, nothing similar.

And what is their name for it? Also what it means to them?

Used by Buddhists and Jains too. But neither it represents Kali, nor Kali is terrifying, nor night nor magic.

    Kindly see the OP.

A left handed one (Sauwastika) are also used on Japanese maps to indicate a Buddhist temple.

Well, that at least is empirically senseless. It's in the Hindu pantheon, not Buddhism. Or so far as I know, anyway.

I think banning the symbol as used by Hinduism is absurd. Cf: "intent" in one of my other threads - there's no intended attack or incitement to it.

Try this on for size: swastika-shaped US Naval building.

Also unintentional (or one would bloody hope) but $600K to mask it. Do they shoot architects?

Buddhists mainly use the left facing one. It's pretty common.

O really? I had no idea, actually. Power symbol in Buddhism also?

As a good Hindu I would oppose you. Swastika is not for violent use.

Banning any symbol is absurd. Historical significance is lost.

It's use as a reference should be OK.

The term "Aryan" actually comes from Sanskrit, and India's old name was "Aryavrata".

hence, both the word "aryans" and swastika originates in India, and it was used specifically by the Nazi to remove the Global significance of both the Swastika and Aryans.

The Nazi were used for Psychological warfare to erase history for dominating the world today.

They were trying to Demonize "Aryans" and Swastika to begin with.

The people behind the whole event were thinking final game of war and world domination.

Just ask yourself, who owns the world bank ?

Who created the modern Monetary system?

Who is in control of Inflation all around the world?

Who controls the flow of oil and gas all around the world?

It has always been about world domination and demonizing Swastika and Aryans was a part of it.

Look up the Celtic Swastika of Europe who were destroyed and Assimilated by "You know who".

The point is the same which is to destroy the original roots of humanity to enslave it by the Global elites.

I'd say it's use, period is OK: it's just about putting it in the right context. Against a clearly Hindu background, sure. Carried by jackbooted (or other) marchers? Not so much.

Banning swastika would be tantamount to banning Hinduism and Buddhism.
