    Anyone seen the account of Talhotblond,
    the beautiful teenager temptress,

    None of the three had ever met.

    All three of them are screwy though.

    I mean really?

    Instant messages recovered from his computer show that the online relationship began to consume Montgomery. He told "20/20" that this relationship "became more real to me than real life."

    The feeling seemed to be mutual. Jessi and "Tommy" exchanged gifts, phone calls and love letters.

    "I love you always and forever, Tommy," wrote Jessi.

    "I have never felt this way," Montgomery responded.

    In December 2005, the married 46-year old Tom Montgomery found himself proposing to Jessi, an 18-year old girl he had never actually met.

    Jessi wrote back, "Yes, I will marry you Tommy.… Won't be long till it's Jessica Blair Montgomery."

    Montgomery said he finally realized he was in way over his head. "I was panicking. ...The lies kept getting more and more."

    He decided that his 18-year-old alter-ego -- now supposedly stationed in Iraq -- would have to die.

    "I was going to kill him off. You know, say he was out on a routine patrol. ... But I couldn't do it," he said.

    By that point, Montgomery said the relationship was more than a flirtation. "There was virtual sex going on in there between her and Tommy," he said.

    Fate finally took a hand. In March 2006, Montgomery told "20/20" one of his daughters was using his computer when Jessi happened to instant message him. Montgomery's wife, alerted by her daughter, found a trove of love letters, photos and mementos from Jessi, including a pair of red panties. She sent Jessi a photo of her family and a letter.

    "Let me introduce you to these people," she wrote. "The man in the center is Tom, my husband since 1989. ... He is 46 years old."

    Montgomery said Jessi was horrified, and broke off the relationship immediately. "She sends me a text message and says, she hates me ... you should be put in jail for this," he told "20/20."

    But Jessi also e-mails one of Montgomery's co-workers, a 22-year-old, good looking, part-time machinist named Brian Barrett, to see if it's really true.

    Brian's screen name is "Beefcake" and as he consoled Jessi online, she seemed to find a better fit with him -- and perhaps a way to strike back at the combat Marine who wasn't.

    The only thing that comes to mind is 'what the fuck?'..

    He's 46 years of age, supposedly in love with an 18 year old (who in reality is what? 45?) who turns to another moron who works with the 47 year old moron to find out if the 47 year old moron's wife was telling the truth.. And the 45 year old woman posing as her daughter then somehow becomes an item with the 22 year old moron and the 47 year old moron kills him in a fit of jealousy.. And they never even met her..

    Wha...?

    What I can't understand is why nobody finds the 40+ yr old posing in "Teen Chat" isn't "mildly concerning", after all chat rooms aren't about talking to "one person", there is a high likelihood this was just one of many people having the wool pulled over their eyes.

    Incidentally I don't know if much has changed, Chatrooms use to be like that back in the late 1990's.

    One thing for you to remember lads, when that hot chick gives you those nakey pictures of herself, remember to ask here "Could I also have one with you clothed, you know incase I show my friends who it is I'm talking to", If they can't do it, then it's likely not her.

    I have to admit, I found the fact that all three of them were posing in a teen chat room more than mildly concerning.

    Why was he there and when she apparently questioned him about the fact that he was 46 in his profile, supposedly the first time she spoke to him, he lied and said it was his father's account/profile? He thinks she's 18, posting in a chat room designated for teenagers and he tells the girl he believes is 18 that he is also 18 years of age.. And the same for her.. Why...?

    Was the first thing that came to their mind 'woot they're legal!'?

    I don't think 'mildly concerning' is what I'd use to describe them. Moronic, ridiculous, stupid.. some of those come to mind..

    Kind of reminds me of when I was 18 and went to a nightclub with friends and saw my former 40 something PE teacher getting down and doing the pelvic grind on the dance floor with a girl who barely looked legal.

    I like the fact they are all angry at her for having done this, and rightly so, she's a bitch. But the two guys, including the victim, are not blameless either. All three of them were lying and all three of them knowingly participated in the deceit for a number of years, that ultimately led to this. Like the moron now in jail, carrying on as if he is also a victim of her lies. What the...? He forgets he is 46 and was also posing as an 18 year old and murdered his co-worker because he was jealous of the girl he thought was 18 had fallen for his co-worker online.

    Look at the exchange between the murderer and his so called "temptress" after she found out he was 46 and married with children and after she had apparently hooked up with his co-worker.     Bells simply for the sake of curiosity why do yousay the yonger guy who was murdered was lying? And what exactly do you think HE did which was worthy of death, a darwin award says that the victims own gross stupidity lead to there own death.

    Oh and as a side issue concidering you brought it up what age gap do you think is "wrong", the reason i ask is your comment about your PE teacher, if your in a night club you are by definition "legal" because (with a few irrelevent exceptions) its illegal for someon under 18 to be on licenced premisisand the age of consent in Australia is 16 or 17 or 18 if you live in the backwards NT. so do you disagree with the age of consent because by definition it means that someone is on average old enough to engage ina sexual relationship without the protections of a child.
