    Try racquetball, that is a good aerobic workout. Kickboxing is very good too, as it exercises about 95% of your muscles, but you will have to get in shape first.

    A lot of my friends like Zamba. Not really a "game" in the sense that it doesn't have a ball or racket, etc...but it would classify as a great way to workout, or achieve some full body fitness.

    Rugby Sevens, it's the best, and you don't really need much, just 7 on each side, a ball and a field. Trust me, its tough.

    Tennis, cricket, swimming, cycling and any other cardio exercises are the best exercise fir health and fitness ...
    I think these are the best for stay healthy and fitness ...

    In my opinion the best fitness game is Football,because running continuously for 90 minutes is really a great deal.

    I practice Zomba it is interesting fun and you can listen your favorite songs when you are dancing.

    Basketball is the most best and favorite game for long time fitness..It helps to stretch your full body and keep your body in work..
    So therefor I love to play basketball for fitness and for good health..On the other end football also very best game for fitness..Its helps to make stamina high..
