So you are a great power, a knight in shiny armor for freedom, but you also like big business, and keeping yourself on the top of the world.

You have friends and you have enemies. Sometimes a friendly dictator (Mubarak) is better than a unfriendly democracy (Muslim Brotherhood). Of course it goes against your principle of freedom, but I guess business interest and profit win all the time against principles..

Seems that doesn't always hold true. The USSR had many friends in high places and yet it went down the drain and reformed as another entity not owing anyone anything, nice trick there Putin!

What do you think was the USSR's principle? Definitely not freedom...

well, the usa constantly talks about freedom, yet it has the most prisoners in the world, more prisoners than any other regime in human history. they even arrest little kids for downloading songs off a torrent site. that isnt my idea of freedom. the more freedom corporations have, the less freedom the average man will have.

We already read him in kindergarten. Anything new you have?

Another example would be the Palestinian election when they democratically elected a terrorist organization...

It was to make the world buy their goods and services and that way they could bring Communism into other countries by trading with them even if no one else did. The USSR sold mainly arms but also oil and other natural resources that it had within its borders. I still believe that they were working with the other countries that they disliked to start wars or strife so that they could sell more arms as did the other countries which didn't like the Communist ways. It gave both political powers a way to make money on the deaths of others with their arms they both sold .

Are all men capable of a vote in the name of wisdom?

Thats because one of the alternatives to having prisoners is having secret police and hitsquads. Many "hostile" countries have been seen to use this method, where they "Disappear" family members or neighbours to enforce fear while reducing "crime".

What would you prefer, being arrested and having the chance to prove where the system is failing or just being shot dead and dumped in a mass grave ditch?

That is a total bullcrap. The 2 things have nothing to do with each other...

Iraq had secret police and still lots of prisoners... Also, you are trying to say it is an either-or case, like you have to choose between one of those 2 options...

i'd prefer for the u.s regime to either stop proclaiming itself to be "free", or stop arresting little kids for downloading britany spears songs. as far as making people disapear, you do realise the u.s military makes people disapear all the time in Iraq, and Afganistan. the cia also makes people disapear regularly throughout the world, only to turn up in black sites in egypt, thailand, and eastern europe. also, the u.s regime also has hit squads. do a search for "sunny sheu". this guy had a hit put out on him by a u.s. judge because he was trying to dig up dirty laundry on the guy. they silenced him by taking his life. this kind of stuff happens all the time in the u.s, however, the media censors it. just because the media censors something, doesnt mean it isnt happening.
