    Just gradually increase you activity. You do not really need to stop eating, just increase your activities and how active you are.

    This is a slow process, but like this at least your not damaging your body.

    To reduce weight stop eating, eat less but better , healthier foods. No fatty things, only baked things and never fried things. Your diet must change before you lose weight, remember that.

    Or just eat less. I colleague of mine did this very effectively, by applying the idea of eating more slowly, and stopping when feeling 80% full. It takes a bit of discipline, because you must be consistent for many months, but eventually you will be accustomed to eating less and will be able to maintain it without too much difficulty.

    Thin people do not understand as they have strong stomachs, and this stops them eating, that fat people do not have this. So people that have strong stomach muscles are far better off as it stops them eating too much. Thin people think its easy to stop eating, when its not, its just that you have a strong stomach muscles to stop it, and tell you are full.

    Fat people need to remember this, and this is the way to lose weight, they need to somehow get to a position where there stomach muscles are strong enough to hold there stomach in.

    Thats not easy for alot of people, as alot of people find it hard to make muscle.

    But thats the secret to why some people are thin and do not eat much, and why fat people cannot stop. People whom are fat need to get those stomach muscles strengthened if they can.

    Yeah..., Well, this is a major problem that happens with every one. One who can't control and love food in great extent. In my views, you need to gets up in early in the morning, and run regularly for minimum one hour, even running must be on green good grass. This will definitely help you to loss your weight at great volume within minimum time. Just try it, i hope it will work...

    So does iodine , increase metabolic rate

    This does not mean you arbitrarily increase your iodine intake

    For me I don't have table salt in my home , I have sea salt

    And I take a drop or two of iodine every day

    What is your current weight on the scale,and what is your age..?
    How much weight you want to reduce..?did you had any diet experience ever..?
    I simple suggest you try to start some cardio exercises and keep natural food and fresh food in your daily meal plan..avoid from the junk food and fry food..
