The way farmers fatten up cattle and chickens etc, is to feed them grains. Just follow the SAD diet - Standard American Diet - it has led to the current obesity epidemic quite nicely and has grains and and other heavy carbohydrates as the main ingredients. I 'd go with a little muscle-building, it can be done in 10 min/day, since the idea is to use your muscles at/over maximum and let them rest/heal/grow the rest of the day. Good food is, off course, important too during this, if you're doing it well you should grow hungry more often/quickly.
