In reference to your "As for Hawings vs Hawking" - relative to your "sticklers for accuracy" statement - by re-reading the Thread, it appears that only you have have used the incorrect "Hawings" spelling in this Thread. Aqueous Id, since you stated : "You should expect to be corrected from time to time."...
100% agree....... Not sure that without him and like minded folk, that the place would be a ghost town though. The "combined nutter's association" and their supporters would be having a ball and would succeed in doing what ever they want, without any evidence, observational support, and the scientific method to curtail their activities.
