    BTW - Hot Milk Toddy is a great way to unwind at night!
    1 cup milk, heated to about 140 degrees
    3 Tablespoons natural honey (I used Buckwheat for the spicy notes)
    1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
    a dash of Nutmeg
    a dash of cinnamon
    1-2 shots of Brandy

    Heres my hot cocoa recipe for 2.!!!

    Add 24 oz cold water to a measure cup

    Then add powdered milk until the liquid measure reaches the 28 oz mark an stir until desolved

    Heat in microwave for 2 minutes

    Add 6 Tbl cocoa an stir until desolved

    Add 1/8 tsp coconut extract

    Add 1/8 tsp vanella extract

    Add 1/2 tsp cherry extract

    Add sweetner to taste an stir untill mixed

    Heat 2 minutes in microwave an stir

    Poor in servin cups an heat in microwave for perfect temp an enjoy

    How to Make a Hot Toddy

    Prep Time: 5 minutes

    Total Time: 5 minutes

    Yield: 1 Cocktail

    Ingredients:

    1 1/2 ounces brandy, whiskey, or rum
    1 Tablespoon honey
    1/4 lemon
    1 cup hot water
    1 tea bag

    Lots of ups an downs along the way... an thankin back im surprized at survivin my teens an 20's... lol... all the jobs ive had have been a hoot... but the best was becomin self-employed about 25 years ago... but overall... fond memories from A to Z... an even tho i feel lucky to have held the cards ive had i have no desire to do it all agan... but to continue on wit new experiences durin prolly the happiest time of my life... wit no regrets.!!!

    The body/mind i thank of as me has been "lucky".!!!

    Actually since the the sidereal year is ~20 min longer than the Tropical year (upon which the calendar is based) you accumulate trips around the Sun slower than you do birthdays. At 26, it only works out to about a 8 hr difference, but once you reach 72 you will have made one less trip around the Sun than your age in years.
