Maybe I'm naive, but is in it a big risk in itself for a country to collect WMD on one's own soil. Other countries don't have to build their own WMD, all they have to do is locate precisly WMD facilities and bomb them regular style.....
WMD facilities are over-protected. And most of those weapons are no more in those places (nucks are in submarines... I think)

Funny in an ironic way, but those Jericho missiles with a range of 3000 miles places the US within the crosshairs of Irael. Why do they need that much range if they are supposed to be only worried about attacks from Arab states? P.S. - Thanks Hypewaders
