You really don't understand that this is a science forum and not a hangout for simple minded teenagers.

We've had a few games threads in the Computer Science & Culture subforum, we just don't get that many of them (at least not recently)

Games forums are in some respects in decline even though the industry is booming, mainly due to the increase in the application of the content delivery systems that come with the games. For instance you have Valves Steam which has forums on near enough every game that can be purchased from there, there's the Raptr client (or AMD Gaming Evolved if using an AMD GFX card) which also has forums and has been developing it's capacity to stream live gameplay (steam is also slowly working on that too). EA's "Origin" and Ubisofts "Uplay" however are still infants in regards to community building, they currently don't have discussion on the games they supply or ways to connect with new people.

There are more specialised "seeded" forums for games discussion out there, the more prominent ones you likely already know of (IGN etc)
