"Ignorance is not bliss" never feel proud of your lack of comprehension abilities.

Read the page before this one, matter of fact read all pages before you ask questions.

By indirect reasoning, Eudoxus formulated \(\pi\) like 2500 years ago.

You're going to have to do better.

So do you as well take the challenge Beer w/Straw? You have to know I done my home work and know you are correct with your statement but again this is not about "Pi" pi is correct I am not claiming anything in contrary to this my claim as I already stated for all pragmatic purposes you will encounter in "real life" and not the complex plane "He" will produce a superior calculation of "p1" (more accurate than pi defined to any number of digits) of any perfect circle, this is my claim.

Trolling again I see, this is the last time I waste my time replying to your childish antics you are 60 years old at least that's what its says on your profile grow the hell up or get a life which ever one comes first reported yet again.

Why are you challenging me? The challenge is yours, not mine.

Well then you are going to have to wait until I perform my experiments formally, I did them already on a small scale and yes I was correct so the next step is to do it on a larger scale. Any scientist can take it upon themselves to falsify my hypothesis as long as they are honest with the data they get and stick to the pragmatic circumstances I defined for my experiments and do away with semantics which I so despise.

I think you should win the title of the most passive-aggressive poster in the forum.

Would you like to challenge me to a fight face to face and test your theory??

Am willing?? We can put it on tape and post it on youtube??

Science is all about testing theories you are a scientist right, oh yeah am wrong you told me in the past you are an engineer.

    Why are you so angry?

    You're wrong.
As an engineer I was regularly involved in the design of cylindrical components and equipment with radii of several metres.
For a 5m radius the discrepancy between the ACTUAL value and your inane value is >170 mm - very noticeable and would have caused problems during construction due to insufficient material being specified.

Now give up and go away.

So tell me was your "cylindrical components" created using programing written specifically with pi as the foundation of the specs? Because if that is the case then the result you stated above is obvious don't compare apples to oranges. No engineer will ever claim that they have machines that can produce a perfect circle using pi alone. So if your cylindrical components are created the way I am assuming then you are not even making a valid point but just stating the obvious fact that will always be true under those circumstances.

    Obviously.
Because pi is well known to be 3.14...

    What?
YOU made the claim that YOUR value would "for all pragmatic purposes you will encounter in "real life" and not the complex plane "He" will produce a superior calculation of "p1"". This is demonstrably incorrect.

    Beside the point.
Using your value would have given an increasingly larger discrepancy - i.e. increasingly larger ERROR in the materials required to produce any cylinder.

Yes that is correct Dywyddyr you kind and gentle soul, but what you do not realise is the number 3.125 is not the same 360/115.2 this is comparing apples to oranges they exist on different planes in different universes so they may both be fruits but their quantities and properties is definitely not the same. You must remember "context"... At least I can give you enough respect to say you are not trolling thanks for being an adult may others learn from your example.

So this follows If you attempt to use the value "He" in the wrong context it will be useless in giving you a workable quantity to use in the real world that's all am saying. 3.125 Euclidean quantity is less "He"

Oh, three incorrect assumptions in one sentence...

    Really?
    What, then, IS 360/115.2?

    Utter bollocks.

Given that you stated that "for all pragmatic purposes you will encounter in "real life" and not the complex plane "He" will produce a superior calculation of "p1"" then I dispute - vehemently - that the "context" was wrong.

Well the number you are using is technically not "He" this is what you cannot understand simplistic logic it is invisible to you, you have to literally read inbetween the lines. These numbers have different factors let me show you.

No I would not like to get into a fist fight with you. What theory would that be testing?

Ah, another passive-aggressive comment. How ironic.
