connect a charged little ball and wall with a spring, knock the ball so it vibrates. we can measure the em wave strength and frequency. in atom world, atoms are bound by em force, when force applied, atoms will vibrate and produce em wave. no need any medium, no particle/photon emitted. thoughts?
