I'm sorry to hear that your interesting thread was closed down. I'm assuming it was because other people were posting too much of their boring crap. Unfortunately I was very curious abotu something and my curiosity never got satisfied.

i don't know...His posts were quite entertaining and above the usual 'i never went to school' level. I thought that they were quite interesting; seeing how far you could go within the system, without braking the rules. The other people just did their usual standard answers.

No seriously, as someone who is anti censorship, I surprise myself that I'm standing up for the rules here, but IMO in this case they are not unreasonable. If you can imagine that these forums are taking place in your living room with real people, you would expect some sort of unwritten code that prevented them from being Boring, Infantile, unecessarily Rude or even downright Obnoxious. You just don't do that in a normal social setting, not unless you want to get clobbered or ostracised. And even when somebody does tease somebody else, there is always a point where it is stopped by somebody else that doesn't want to see a fight break out, or who is sensitive to the victim's feelings, no matter how well they can take it.

At the end of the day, if you Must tell somebody something, you take them to one side and tell them privately, in this case you could send a private message to your intended victim and do the rest of us a favour.

xev's modus operandi is basically to insult wherever possible in a humourous way. I think she must have been capable of appreciating this particular kind of humour in the closed thread. If not then I don't get her at all, but who can understand women anyway.
