Sometimes the simplest ways are the most efficient let take for example launching objects in orbit is fossil fuel really to only way or the best way?

    This is old technology.

"The Karl G. Jansky Very Large Array (VLA) is a radio astronomy observatory located on the Plains of San Agustin, between the towns of Magdalena and Datil, some 50 miles (80 km) west of Socorro, New Mexico. It comprises 27 25-meter radio telescopes in a Y-shaped array and all the equipment, instrumentation, and computing power to function as an interferometer. Each of the massive telescopes is mounted on double parallel railroad tracks, so the radius and density of the array can be transformed to focus on particular bands of wavelength.[2] Astronomers using the VLA have made key observations of black holes and protoplanetary disks around young stars, discovered magnetic filaments and traced complex gas motions at the Milky Way's center, probed the Universe's cosmological parameters, and provided new knowledge about the physical mechanisms that produce radio emission."

The solution to expensive space travel is perhaps more simple than one may realise.

Yes, but I just love telescopes of all kinds.

Making telescopes smaller that we already have doesn't make sense, does it to you?

I have a vision this planet is covered with them like dots around the planet.

How does a radio telescope make space travel cheaper?

It is better we use outer space for telescopes so that there is no problem with earths atmosphere to see though that distorts images.

Yes, I was a little of topic, about rocket science I see a big waste of fuel. I find it hard to believe that is the chosen method for launch.

We are discussing telescopes not rockets here.

I look at telescopes in an artistic way, I like to see them large like an artistic expression a huge building I like buildings. I like huge beautiful buildings that are futuristic modern day monoliths. I think they will have to take the form of telescopes.

What an idiot. This is a RADIO telescope. It is not affected much by the atmosphere.
