Can anyone prove M&M findings are consistent with the sagnac effect that has been verified and proven by GPS?

Since the Michelson-Morley apparatus deals with light "loops" of zero area, named the two-way trips from the beam-splitter to the fully-silvered mirrors, it stands to reasons that any Sagnac effect is proportional to the difference of oriented areas of the two loops which in this case is zero, thus the effect expected, 0, is consistent with the effect observed, 0.
