Unfortunately, your first link is definitely filled with lies. Take the beginning of the third paragraph, for example, "Hindu culture has never been bound by the restraints of religious dogma." Yeah, that is definitely not true and one doesn't have to know much about the history of Hinduism to know that is not true.

Perhaps, you want to add stuff on Hinduism and tell us all the bollocks and show us the truth? Thank you...

The second link doesn't particularly mention Hinduism per se, so I fail to see why I should bother.
As for showing you the facts:
Claim on your link - "When excavations of Harappa and Mohenjo-Daro reached the street level, they discovered skeletons scattered about the cities, many holding hands and sprawling in the streets as if some instant, horrible doom had taken place. People were just lying, unburied, in the streets of the city. Excavations down to the street level revealed 44 scattered skeletons, as if doom had come so suddenly they could not get to their houses. All the skeletons were flattened to the ground. A father, mother and child were found flattened in the street, face down and still holding hands. And these skeletons are thousands of years old, even by traditional archaeological standards. What could cause such a thing? Why did the bodies not decay or get eaten by wild animals? Furthermore, there is no apparent cause of a physically violent death. These skeletons are among the most radioactive ever found, on par with those at Hiroshima and Nagasaki"
Reality - only 37 skeletons were found. Buried, not "lying in the streets". And all from different times (spread over a period of roughly 1,000 years). If they were killed by a nuclear bomb how come the (mud-brick) buildings are still intact? As for the claim about radiation levels - they date, roughly, from 3,500 years ago. That's over 115 half-lives for Strontium-90 and Cesium-137, the main sources of radioactivity in fallout. 115 half-lives results in a dilution of 4.1538x10^34 to one — beyond homeopathic delusions dilutions. And that's even before dilution by wind scattering. Oh, and (apart from the lack of sourcing for the claim) there's also the slightly inconvenient fact that the Mohenjo-Daro vitrification is NOT trinitite (which is the type caused by a nuclear blast) but frit (which is a result of proximity to heated pottery - an industry for which there IS evidence at M-D).
Another claim: "The nearly circular 2,154-metre-diameter Lonar crater, located 400 kilometres northeast of Mumbai and aged at less than 50,000 years old, could be related to nuclear warfare of antiquity. No trace of any meteoric material, etc., has been found at the site or in the vicinity". Oh really? "The presence of plagioclase that has been either converted into maskelynite or contains planar deformation features (PDFs) has confirmed the impact origin of this crater."
