    Totally false...
An international citizenship does not prejudice sovereign citizenship at all.... it works in conjunction very easily.
An international citizenship would deal with the problem of statelessness as in the case of the Rohingya.
It is already being trialed by over 3 million people in Europe and also in places like Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, St. Louis, Philadelphia, Toronto, Hiroshima, Tokyo, Nivelles, and Königswinter.
See the link you have refused to read but place judgement on any how...
A good point in among the chaff of your ad hominem.

No the international community grants citizenship to any one it chooses. Myanmar would have absolutely no ability to stop it, if they stripped any one of citizenship.
No voting needed the International community has spoken.
As far as recognizing the pass ports, yes this could be problematic but I don't think it would be that difficult to get going.

Imagine in the case of those Saudi Girls stuck in Hong Kong recently having had their passports taken by the Saudi, barricaded in their hotel room in total limbo with no official status any where in the world except Saudi Arabia. being threatened with deportation back to the nation they are fleeing.
Grant them international citizenship and suddenly they are free of Saudi Government machinations and have official international status.
Asylum applications can then proceed with out the Girls feeling constantly threatened with deportation.
It won't be long before a system similar is installed in the UN. It is already a part of their agenda.
    See the link I posted.
It will have to, given the mass migration expected due to climate change events and subsequent political unrest. The UN will have to do something to deal with all these displaced persons fleeing collapsing regimes...

    all already addressed....
Other wise a lot of words that go nowhere... the time spent writing your nonsense would be better of spent actually researching your topic.
    You have Google don't you?
Google "international citizenship" and see how many results you get....
while you are at it Google "Drug cartels in Myanmar" and you will be flooded with information.
Try to be objective for once...

Yep it is all in there:
1st page includes a summary. ( not an introduction)
You will also note that it is an advance edit and not the final report.
Why is it an advanced edit and not a final?
Because they were extremely late and had to produce something and this is it.
    Notice the date: 12-09-2018

as you have stated it is now 2019 ....

Why are you misrepresenting the whole report by claiming she has not been accused?

The report names her as having contributed to it and explains how she contributed to the genocide.

    So again, stop lying.
