Wondering if any of you have fallen victim to this?

I have someone chasing me who immediately dislikes a video I uploaded like an hour ago? No other dislikes. I think I know who it is which makes it kinda funny.

Yes, in a bad way though. The way you describe while annoying, just sounds more like a silly troll.

    Lol no?

Stalking, that word, gets tossed around a lot but it can be a pretty awful thing to go through.

For a female certainly, physical stalking would be pretty scary.

Stalking, if you want to call it that on a forum, can be rather humorous I suggest.

A few years ago a guy was tryin to stalk me in a forum... "my forum"... an intended it as intimidation i supose... he let it be known that he slept wit a revolver under his pillow... an what set him off to began wit was an argument about the moon... an he then emailed me an ask for my address so he coud send me some stuff to preform an experiment that woud prove that he was right... an i told him that he was mentaly unstable... an that hell woud freeze over befor i woud give him my home address... he seemed more pizzed than ever after that... spread nasty roomers about me... tried to get my internet server to drop me... an even tho he baned me from postin in his forum i didnt ban him from my forum.!!!

We had the same internet server an he kept buggin them check my emails for illegal stuff... an i dont know if they checked or not... but they did check his email an dropped him from the service.!!!

It was kinda humorous to log on each day an see what new attack he woud try... but like all good crazy thangs i suppose... it finally came to an end

Do you have an idea what you might have done that somehow cheesed him off so thoroughly?

I once got roped into the target zone of an entire pack of troll-stalkers on a forum like this by posting an argument in support of something posted by a guy they were already stalking and trolling - they were apparently following him from forum to forum. Several different trolls who had discovered the efficiencies of teamwork - only a couple targeted me specifically, maybe just one running a couple of different identities. They were organized, see.
When he left the forum, so did they. I haven't heard from them since - but I'll bet he has.

I have no idea why or how that other guy ever caught their attention, but suggest that's not a useful question.

And asking around, I discovered that many women regarded my little experience, or something like it, as a commonplace. Being a woman with an opinion, especially a critical opinion, is apparently enough to generate a genuine obsession with making one's internet life miserable.
    More imagination required.

For example, you have a fairly distinctive forum name - "paddoboy". You may discover - if you cross the wrong 4channer or like individual - that this distinctive name has been borrowed and used to post stuff all over the internet - on forums you have never visited, but that other posters here do visit, for example - implicating your identity or footprint in genuinely foul garbage. Anyone running a netsearch on that name - such as a prospective employer - would then turn up a pile of stuff designed to slander it.

    Humorous?

You don't sound as if you were scared. That, however, could make someone piss their pants.

I've read before that some people use 2 VPN's while on internet. That may be much, but say you were on university campus using Wifi, where you don't give a rats ass fuck about anything, maybe they're independent and fancy the same deal.

Good to know. The depths of depravity of the internet is something easily underestimated.

    well gee
    that seems really paranoid crazy
    poor guy
He'd most likely have a better life if he gave up the revolver and started sleeping with a woman.(unless, of course, she sleeps with a knife)
