Is it Mathematics or Physical ?

Duration ; the physical object moves , because of its self and/or interactions with others .

And how long this lasts , is completely dependent on the physical object(s) involved .

Real time is physical and sensory time is mathematical. Post #1912.

What is real time fundamentally based on ? In the physical ?

Further ; if time is physical then give example(s) where time alone has a consequence upon the physical movement of any thing .

    Sensory time , agreed .

Real time is not an abstract concept and as such it would have no influence on the physical world. Real time is a concrete concept. For example, your physical appearance changes with age.

The real time is the duration of things, between a start and an end, in a certain physical state or situation.

    Abbreviated form of time:

    ... duration
    s -----------> e
    s = start. e = end

Duration = continuous succession of a phenomenon

Disagree , with your definition of what real time is by duration .

It is not time that is important , ( because to the object time is meaningless ) . But duration . And duration is both movement and transformative , together and separate .

    THE PHILOCHROANALYSIS

The philochroanalysis is the procedure that explains the different parts of the concept of time. Time is the duration of things (1), between a start and an end (2), in a certain physical state or situation (3).

1- Duration or becoming = continuous succession of a phenomenon. It is perceptible.

2- Magnitude or amount of time. It is imperceptible, but measurable and intelligible. We understand, for example, the difference between 10 minutes and one minute (the unit). We understand the difference between one year (the unit) and 100 years.

3- It is the material basis of time.

    Time is magnitive.

Time is material based ; Agreed .

For me time has nothing to with duration .

Things do what they because of their characteristics ; both in wave and particle . Not because of time .

Hence the existence of the Universe is not because of time . But physical things . To the objects themselves , time does nothing , time has no efficacy on any physical thing(s) .

We seem to approach time differently .

    THE CHANGE-INTERVAL DUALITY

The change-interval duality explains the nature of time. This duality arises because changes are the material basis of time. Time would not exist without these two different characteristics. Change is synonymous of phenomenon. Change is between the interval (a start and an end, before and after).

    1) Change:
    - is perceptible immediately, instantly.
    - is irreversible.
    - occurs in the present.

    2) Interval:
    - is perceptible mediately, sequentially.
    - relates two sequential moments.
    - is measurable.

We perceive stars when the light they emit reaches our eyes. Time goes from being magnitive (imperceptible) to being a duality (perceptible).

    Transformation(s) .

All light is based on the physical , from the physical , the source , stars in your example .

Interval is the sequential trajectory of change.

Why would interval matter to the physical object ?

Change is the movement and transformation that occur in matter.

Interval is the sequential trajectory of change.

    Yes

    Why ?

Time is the property of matter to extend beyond a sequential origin.

    OPENING POST:

What is your opinion about time?

    1. It is objective (real)
    2. It is subjective (ilussion)
    3. It is subjective (a priori)
    4. It is a duality (real)
    5. Other
