    lol

And here I thought that the life hacks thread would be free from arguments.

Regarding fasting. I don't think it's a ''scam''...I'm not following your way of thinking on that, RS.

if you know your being scammed do you keep being scammed ?
you have already allowed yourself to be scammed by beleiving the twisting of the facts and truth here in this thread, that
i can link to if you like but bob has played the
thread jacker fun killer card attempting to group bully by setting up the playing field
clear deliberate ? seems that way.
where my comments have been changed by(or possibly bob is very emotively wound and not really paying attention outside bobs world of perceptual Ego in which case thats bobs bagage to deal with but attempting to act out that transference is not a good sign)
and turned my comments into an anti keto stance.
bob turning my comments into an anti keto stance so bob can then claim being a victim is a clear manipulation.

i am surprised you didn't spot this.

    anywho
    im bored with it.

bobs clear refusal to answer my question by re-asserting false facts to then turn the discussion into one about me instead of facts of questions i asked is a clear manipulation.

    real dirty stuff

maybe bob thinks i cant spot a narcissist player playing ego battle games to avoid talking facts.

bob is on my ignore list and as far as im concerned is a troll

i never said keto was a scam

bob obliviously has some issues which bob decided to dump on me when i asked this question
i cant tell if thats just bobs personal baggage and issues, or if bob is a scammer.
but the consequential ramping up to turn it into a ego competition is clearly trolling of some experience.
    im not interested
bob should deal with bobs baggage no dump it on others and then try to get the group to agree to define them as being against the conformist group.
    thats the real dirty part.
    teenager mind games bullshit

Don't assume your prescribed medication is benign.

    LIFE HACK:

Sorry, probably no one will relate to this one.

Synthetic wigs are supposed to be de-tangled by combing/brushing the ends first, then working your way inward. Synthetic wigs are not supposed to be combed/brushed when wet. An older wig can be extremely time-consuming to tease out and clean properly.

But not if you have a garden hose with a nozzle with a "Jet" type of setting on the end!!!!

First blast a clean area to work in, on some flat surface like pool decking or whatever. Now lay the wig down, and start blasting the ends of the wig first. You can actually see the tangles coming out from the liquid water acting as a laser with just enough of a liquid lubricant to help the tangled strands unwind. And no combs or brushes are involved!

It always helps to squirt plenty of shampoo in there too. Enjoy.

Sorry, probably no one will relate to this one.

Elsewhere in sciforums I recently read sailors used to throw ropes overboard to remove tangles. It was in this thread,
    http://www.sciforums.com/threads/ph...hones-are-always-tangled.161920/#post-3577795

I thought the correlation was interesting and the fun "rope overboard" story could help in future telling of your life hack.

Well, now that we know how to take care of them, we can all go out and get a lot of wigs.

Well, I can tell from your avatar that you have naturally long and gorgeous hair, so you don't need any wigs!!

A quick fix for putting your hair in a bun, if you don't have anything but a hair band.

I have long hair, and for business meetings, I like to wear it in a neat bun - take your hair, and make it into a ponytail, low or middle of your head, depending how you like it. Then, wrap your hair in a bun shape, and take the hairband and wrap it twice around the bun. Voila, a quick easy bun.
