    He breaks things, and profiteers.
    What else has he done?
And you don't know about most.

You invent a couple of things to agree with, disagree with what affects you personally and you can't blame on anyone else, and carefully avoid becoming aware of most of what his administration is doing.

You believe much of what Trump says - you take it seriously, as having factual content. What you don't believe, you claim is not serious or significant. You adjust your view of physical reality to incorporate things Trump says that do not fit otherwise - including changing direct quotes. You do not fact-check anything said by Trump, his appointees, or any other Republican loyal to Trump.

You support Trump, in other words. You always have, right here on this forum.

Clinton Derangement Syndrome dates back to 1992 - long before W. That was back when it was a real phenomenon, instead of a Luntz-tested propaganda meme.

As anyone who follows American political rhetoric and propaganda feeds knows, nothing like that is a plausible coinage of Charles Krauthammer's. Krauthammer was largely incapable of original political thought or original and effective rhetoric.

More generally: As is visible right here, on this forum, wingnuts plagiarize almost all of their creative rhetoric; they tweak it only to the extent necessary to convert it to a personal attack, and choose it on that basis (rather than, say, its applicability or sense in its new context). The tactic, an apparent carryover from childhood (see Pee Wee Herman's similar approach) dovetails neatly into their standard invocation of amnesia, and supports their basic approach of personal attack rather than argument. (On this forum the lead time seems to be a couple of weeks, more or less).

It's a case of not being irrational.

That would be great! Why not try it?

Meanwhile, on social media across the country, TDS sufferers have been caught unawares by Trump's sudden reversal on Georgia. For days they have beey chanting "liberate the states! Open the economy! Let at-risk people take care of themselves!" Now with Trump's sudden reversal on Georgia, they are scrambling to find an argument that doesn't make them look like fools.

For an excellent example of TDS, go on to any social media site and watch Trumpies trying to defend Trump's suggestion that doctors are "gonna test" injecting disinfectants and inserting UV lights under the skin of COVID-19 patients.

The manufacturer of Lysol had to come out with a statement that you should never drink or inject Lysol. And STILL people are defending this idiot.

My favorite recently has been hearing that the pandemic is part of a plot to remove Trump from office. A "Flu d'Etat."

The Democrats somehow engineered a worldwide contagion, killing 25,000 Italiams, 22,000 Spaniards, 20,000 Brits, 5,000 Chinese, etc., all for American domestic political reasons. Even Boris Johnson is in on it!

If the Democrats were capable of pulling that off, Trump would never have won in the first place.

    Trump is definitely Narcissistic , definition ;

Narcissistic personality disorder — one of several types of personality disorders — is a mental condition in which people have an inflated sense of their own importance, a deep need for excessive attention and admiration, troubled relationships, and a lack of empathy for others.

    That defines trump to a tee . ( small " t " because of no respect )

And worse , he is costing people's lives .
