In Oregon we can cast our vote by filling out the ballot, placing it in an envelope, and sending it in the mail. I understand there is some disagreement regarding vote-by-mail. I think it is the best method ever. Democrats claim it provides the best opportunity for true democracy and full participation, which I agree. Republicans claim it invites voter fraud. I don't know about relevant facts regarding their claim. My guess is that no one here will argue against vote-by-mail, but if someone has one, I would be interested to read it.
