Of course you don't. And you know all about Genesis. And I bet there are people who even believe that.

Here’s Trump’s full speech. At 23:00 is billvon’s quote. It was taken out of context. If anything, Trump’s speech was geared towards the criminal activity of illegal immigrants. If there’s one thing that we can all agree on, it’s that the MS-13 gang is grotesquely violent.

Trump's Full Speech on Gang Violence

He also said that for years the laws have been made to protect the criminal, but there’s a double standard here. When it comes to a cause that left wingnuts (as iceaura would put it) care about, e.g., anti-rape culture activism, they, too, believe that our criminal justice system shelters the rapists.

And here we have Billvon justifying domestic terrorism.

I’m fine with constructive criticism. Here's the sentence. Go ahead, iceaura, school me. Point out my errors.

At every rally, they have that one black face, smack in the middle of the stage background, between to the guy in the cowboy hat - who's been told not to cringe away - the fat grandmother, and the assembly-line of toothy blondes... oh, and there's usually a bewildered kid of about 11, that somebody stuck a little flag in his hand and told him to wave it.

Do you wish those terrorists had lost? If so, you can always emigrate to the UK.

They don’t look like revolutionaries to me.

Luxury handbags? How are you going to justify that? Eat the rich, is that it?

Yep, you are a thug apologist.

they are all high school students

looks like a black gang of males probably organized it
notice all the 1st out the door carrying bags
    all male except 1
    all carrying many bags
all layers of masking and hats and layers of clothes
    pre determined
all knew the camera filming and kept looking away from the camera

they are probably the gang that initiated the theft and used social media to cover their tracks and make it look like random rioting

such types of riot-smash n grab ram raid crime is very very rare from women
the obviously very young girls that are there look like they were spurred on by a group telling them they could get free luxury brand bags

quite clearly a set up and pre meditated using school children to cover their crime

    school children
    all minors
    not adults

unless the organisers are sadistic and have things like sexual complaints and violence against them in school records
i doubt a racketeering gang related charge against them would be helpful
though it may hide the lack of parenting & local governance if they can try and prosecute them as adults to get an easy sales close on their fake career sales targets.
a localized school based community policing and education project is needed
addressing the issues of community value and community protection of personal property and violence free public life.

but that sounds like socialism to most american people
    so thats not likely

Neither did the terrorists in 1776. They were widely attacked for not wearing uniforms, using terrorist (guerilla) tactics and disobeying battlefield decorum.
And destroying tea by dumping in the ocean? How are you going to justify that?

Like I said, if you hate what they created, and you hate the pointless and greedy destruction of all that tea, feel free to move to England, where you can return to a proper rule under king. That way you won't have to listen to us children of terrorists.

    Not interested.
I already handed you a link to a website you can learn the parts of speech from. There is software available online that can correct your other problems. When you have given that a solid try, come back and I'll clear up any remaining questions.

I'm only interested in why you guys are almost universally incapable of handling the language and concepts you insist on using. It's like you are all pretending to be educated - but you despise the educated. So what gives?

I plugged into Grammarly and nothing. Here’s your big chance to make me look stupid. Go ahead, correct me.

You guys? Are you referring to republicans? If so, maybe you could help your candidate because his cognitive abilities are showing a sharp decline. He can’t even speak but you want him to lead our country. What a joke.

I know that the debates are customary but it's not mandatory. If he doesn’t come up with some excuse to avoid them, you should be afraid, very afraid.

This isn’t an English or creative writing forum. It’s obvious that you weren’t trying to educate me because you refused to correct me. What was it then? Was it a chance to plug in a partisan stereotype, to deflect from billvon’s quote mining, or to detract from the actual topic of domestic terrorism?

The MS-13 gang was created by the Republican Party in the US and Central America, especially Reagan's "Drug War", brutal Contra-style paramilitary operations, and intensification of abusive police/military training in the Central and Southern Americas during the 1980s. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MS-13

The MS-13 gangs grotesque violence in El Salvador and nearby countries is what launched a lot of the refugees toward the US - the US itself is, after all, one of the few places in the Americas where there is some protection from US sponsored and instigated brutality. That's what makes them legal border crossers - by US law human beings are allowed to flee across the US border to escape that kind of violence.

Trump doesn't know anything about MS-13, or immigration, or refugees. He does know something about illegally imported temp labor that takes American jobs, because he has sponsored, concealed, hired, even married, so much of it. (There are entire towns in the Caribbean islands built by Trump's eagerness to hire landscaping equipment operators for ten dollars an hour instead of fifteen or twenty.)
So Trump once again doesn't know what he's talking about in dealing with violent crime. Why does that make quoting him a bad thing to do?
Pretending you don't know what "wingnut" refers to is not going to prevent other people from knowing what they read.
Meanwhile: "Anti-rape culture activism" is not normally a "cause", and rape is not normally a left/right issue.
You aren't doing so well in the making sense department - maybe you could try using words and concepts more familiar to you?
I'm referring to you and your Tribe on this forum. https://driftglass.blogspot.com/2013/06/ta-nehisi-coates-on-tribe-that-rubs.html
    Mockery.
On one hand it's impossible to nail jello to a tree, on the other I've seen what happens when people just ignore you guys (the last straw for me was the Presidential election of 2004). But what to do?
    1) Remember and point. Lacking access to big money and corporate media (the only major media left in the US), memory is the biggest advantage the liberal humanist or left libertarian has - fascism rides in on amnesia.
    2) Laugh. Derision is fascism's third biggest enemy - and maybe the one that best counters cruelty.
You dumbasses are borderline illiterate as well as ignorant, which would be no sin (lots of smart, kind, alert, observant, and funny people are both), but you insist on simultaneously 1) disparaging the "elites" because they are educated and 2) attempting to imitate them - posing as intellectuals or knowledgable analysts yourselves- which is where you inevitably step on your dicks.
    Like this:
    Oh child.
That's what stepping on your dick looks like - if you needed a clue.

But the sheer stupidity of that kind of post in these circumstances is not the interesting aspect; the interesting aspect is that your entire Tribe here has also done exactly that: abandoned the matter at hand to post a personal attack based on wildly inaccurate assumptions and bizarrely stupid guesswork about the person. It's a field mark.

And all this time, throughout the bandwidth: Trump's miserable excuse-mongering for his exploitation of a few graffiti vandals in Portland, his step up to the ugliness of State terrorism for no better reason than a bump in his poll numbers, his betrayal of everything his voting base had left in the way of principle and justification, remains unaddressed. The thugs he sent in to beat and threaten the Portland demonstrators are going to get sick before November 3rd, as are the rest of the red State plague incubators yet spared by luck , and threaten as he may he will not be able to pull a vaccine or a testing capability or a treatment regimen or an adequate protocol for reopening a First World country out of his hairhat.

He's going to rely on corruption, threats, and violence, because he has no other choice - in Portland or anywhere else.

On a side note, something the lefties spotted decades ago and had no trouble recognizing in these latest police and DHS and Federal paramilitary "overreactions": https://www.wsls.com/news/virginia/...supremacists-disguised-as-black-lives-matter/
The first unusual feature there is the honest police work - which was the key to getting such news into the media in clear and plain language without bothsiding, the second unusual feature.

Maybe throwing bricks at the cops and vandalizing the police stations on camera was not the best choice of tactics after all.

I’ve always thought that an intelligent person would never attempt to make others feel inferior. A true intellect is aware of how much time and energy they’ve put into developing their skills.

I didn’t say that a social change wasn’t called for. The question was, if the violence was necessary. It wasn’t, and as the law stands, it is considered domestic terrorism, and rightly so.

RainbowSingularity would have us believe that the offenders were all youths, i.e., black gang members, and that we should not hold the entire group of protesters accountable for the actions of a few. The arrest records of all the adults are public though.

Billvon would have us believe that they are revolutionaries, i.e., freedom fighters, and they are fighting for a just cause. Therefore, the violence is warranted.

In my opinion, it’s people like you, the blustering pseudo-intellectuals that are dangerous to our freedom. Your proud assertion that I’m a uniformed reactionary, someone to be dealt with in your pursuit for greater freedom, says more about you than it does about me. Your display of moral superiority is nothing short of a power grab. If you and your ilk had their way, you’d tell us all how to live because that’s what politics, philosophy and religion all aim to do, and what justifies violence is the certainty of being right.

I’ll just assume that you’re incapable of correcting my sentence.

Thank you, but for some reason my spellcheck keeps changing it to an 'a' instead of 'an'. Do you know why?

And yes, please, it was this sentence that we were discussing. Would you mind correcting it, too?

    Thanks!

Probably because the initial u in uniform is pronounced as yu, as if it had a consonant attached to its front, while the initial u in uninformed is a simple vowel.

You are arguing with a strawman. Since that's not what I said, I will let you argue with yourself.
