    • Dubious claims should be supported. If you cannot support a controversial claim, do not post it.
MMR can cause regress of some children whose immune system reacts in the wrong way.

God never answers prayers because God very probably doesn't exist.

If God exists then he must be very evil for creating me and bringing me into this cruel and unfair world and not allowing me an nonpainful and peaceful death.

If God was loving and not a monster then he could have created a universe that is much more friendly for humans and not so hostile to life just like the universe that is depicted in Star Wars or in Star Trek or in Stargate.

    I'll help you out, Saint.

MMR vaccine does not cause autism, even in those most at risk

According to the Bible, God creates things that humans are forced to deal with one way or the other. Unfortunately, God didn't provide a guide or user manual for the Earth and everything on it so we're forced to figure out how to deal with God's creations as best we can.

some pastors said that disease came from demons, not virus.
So only God can heal diseases.

Presumably he created it and is now siting back enjoying watching all the sinners suffer whilst making a better batch to totally screw us over...hang on a mythical entity cant create anything cause they dont exist so your questions make no sense which I suppose is at least consistent with the god story..making no sense I mean.

Still there is nothing in current science that can beat these demons it seems.

Have they ever caught one of these demons..you know and keep it in a jar, in demon preservative, so it can be studied at medical school. Any photos? Drawings from an eye witness account?

Have you ever wondered why the god story just makes no sense ...its like it was made up by illiterate superstitious goat herders and not a Devine being...

I blame the Sumerians given they wrote most of the stories in the bible and invented the god of the bible..

You are just trolling right? How did you like that bite?

Sorry, but you can't deny that God created everything, including demons. Everything has it's roots back to God, regardless of whether it is good or not.

God has never healed a disease, ever. God only creates diseases and men are forced to cure them or die.

Moderator note: Saint has been warned for posting a controversial claim that he was unwilling to either support or retract when asked directly to do so. As a repeat offender in this regard, he has received additional warning points.

Please provide a link or citation for the medical report you are relying on.

You were asked to support or to retract your claim previously. Since you now repeat the claim, you are again required to support or retract it.

    • Following a previous warning, this poster was required to either retract his claim or attempt to support it. This post is irrelevant to that.
I do not understand why God did not take this pandemic opportunity to heal people miraculously so that more people will believe in God.

    Saint:

You are required to either retract your claim that "MMR can cause regress of some children whose immune system reacts in the wrong way", or to attempt to support it.

You referred to a "medical report" you said was the source of your claim. Please provide a link or citation for that report if you plan on trying to support your claim.

You may retract your claim by publically posting that you have no grounds for believing it.

No there is simply no God in my opinion.

Otherwise this world would not have been such a cruel and painful mess. But the fact is that people are shitty and so is everything in life.

There would not be so many ugly, lonely and sexually frustrated men and women if there was a loving God.

In fact if there was a loving God then there would not be ugly people at all because God would make everything and everyone in the world physically and morally perfect. There would not be suffering and pain at all because God wouldn't let a human being oppress and be cruel to another human being.

MMR is unlikely to cause autism, but not 100% impossible to cause autism.

Please explain to your readers how MMR could possibly cause autism.

Include any relevant references you have. Make sure you don't cite debunked studies and the like.

If you cannot support your claim, you will need to retract it.

if there are cases children suffered from regress and end up with autism after taking MMR, actually got statistics show that,
but the scientists are not able to know why?
even it is minority, they will say this is isolated case.
another possible case is may be the batch of vaccine got higher contents of mercury, and cause damage to the brain of the child.
different children got different response to vaccine.

like covid vaccine, got cases where people die or suffer side effect, though it is minority, but you cannot say "covid vaccine is 100% safe".

then you would be falling prey to the post hoc ergo propter hoc logically fallacy.

Just because A follows B (sometimes), it does not mean that A causes B. That is not a valid assumption you can make. More is needed.

In the MMR/autism situation, the fact that autism mostly doesn't follow MMR vaccination ought to suggest to you that there's likely to be other causes of autism that have nothing to do with MMR. And, in fact, we expect a correlation between a child with autism having the MMR vaccine and showing symptoms of autism. It's because the MMR vaccine is typically given to children at an age when, if they are autistic, the signs first start to become visible. In other words, A (the MMR vaccine) doesn't cause B (a diagnosis of autism), even though B often follows A in children who have autism (for other, non-MMR-related reasons).

In referring to mercury in vaccines, you can only be relying on the same set of thoroughly debunked sources that made false links between MMR and autism.

Which source are you using to find out about mercury in the MMR vaccine? Is there mercury in? Can you confirm that? Was there ever mercury in it? Has anything changed in recent years (since the original fraudulent study by Wakefield was published)?

Have you actually researched any of this, yourself? What did you find?

Please list the references you consulted.

In particularly, you refer vaguely to "statistics" that show regression in children after having the MMR vaccine. Please cite your reference for those "statistics". Where can I see them?
