OLED is generally considered the "best" but it's also the most expensive. QLED is brighter but still expensive. Everything else is a trade-off with money. You have to make that call.

Right now 4K OLEDs 55 to 65 inches. There's a bit of a sweet spot.

LG makes all the panels, so not too much difference. I'd go with LG personally.

Sony Bravia, best picture I found among all the rest, but apparently LG is catching up fast. Used to have a Panasonic Plasma, fantastic picture but it put out a lot of heat. I think Panasonic is no longer in the US market.

Play games on PC, too. Just picked up a new PS5 controller and got it to work on my PC even though there's still no PC support for it.

I'm going to the grocery store today. What's a good apple to buy?

A 4K 55" TV is good for Playstation?

That will work great, but I don't think Playstation puts out 4K signal.

    Define "value".

Do you think it is time to buy 8K TV?
My TV is 12 ft away from where I sit, I can see the size of the screen pixels, do I need 8K?
    I think 4k is enough.

My living hall's width is 20ft, the TV cabinet is against the wall in front of my sofa, my sofa is located 15 ft from the TV, basically there is no difference between Full HD, 4K and 8K at this distance to human's eyes.

Probably a higher re-fresh rate of TV will be more significant than resolution, 120Hz will be better.

Sony, and Samsung Q80 or better models.

everything else is glitchy during motion scenes.

    8K definitely isn’t mature yet.
