We used to drop acid and walk the aisles of Powell's.

    LSD.

Today's search engines are so retarded.

The more you used LSD the less you wanted to.

The "Addict Everyone For Profit Industry" has created Fentanyl, where no one wants to use less.

They have to flood more into the market because their customers die and they need new customers at an every increasing rate.

Evolution evolved intelligence, but it hasn't quite caught on.

Lol, yes I’ve been hearing that complaint for a long time and have found that those who use this lame excuse are covering up for their own failures.

That’s a load of crap and I think you know it. Florida is basically the beach where tourists go, Disneyland, the Vatican of Florida and the rest of the state where all the rednecks live. None of what you’re saying adds up. But please, go on bragging about your incredible, wonderful life in Florida. Being surrounded by redneck maga-nuts who make decisions regarding your life doesn’t sound that great.

Californians didn’t make you move to Florida, you did that on your own and it’s probably some reason you don’t want to reveal. That’s fine, but blaming others for your misfortunes doesn’t fly.

People smarter than you didn’t have to leave their “beloved state” because of their failures, nor do they come on internet forums bragging while looking down their noses at others who can see right through the façade.

Smart people, if that’s how you’re referring to yourself, can make something of themselves anywhere because they’re smart. They don’t have to live where most of the native wildlife tends to eat you or where the temperatures roast your nuts and people are bat shit crazy. They’re usually smart enough to avoid places like that.

Funny that "smart people" can read my mind; can characterize my lived experience in such a way as it can conform to their emotional need.

    One word: Pathetic.

I didn't expect a "smart people" answer and you didn't surprise. Must have hit a nerve.

Btw, even though you could care less about anyone but yourself, I hope your abode does't get damaged or destroyed by Ian and that you and your loved ones are safe and uninjured. Yet another reason to avoid Florida, they just keep stacking up.

Upon due reflection, no substantive reply seems necessary.

Nothing personal. Don't know you, we don't have history. Just a comment.

Thank you for your caring kindness. I appreciate your ability to afford kindness to persons of different opinions.

"...you could care less about anyone but yourself..."

    I'll let that soak in.

    JamesR,

I can't find the "sit in the corner tab". Any help?

Checking my profile, have I actually been a party to this miserable mess for 20 years? (2001)

    Tell me it isn't so.

    If true, I've wasted time.

Some time, folks. Not nearly all.

What else have I been up to". ( 6'3")?

The stuff that doesn't require you, heehee.

Are you asking me to ban you?

If this is what you want, I can accommodate your request. On occasion, people ask for this. Usually, it's because they feel they can't muster the self control to moderate their own internet usage.

But that doesn't have to be the reason for you.

    Let me know.
