Wouldn't it be great to kiss without tilting your head one way or the other? I'm half filipino/half caucasian (on the right), and the other person there is filipino. The other has a quite flat nose and mine's just kinda big and flat. I figure if I had a flatter nose it'd work better. It's even possible to get the tounges going a bit, just not that deep. Well if you don't tilt, you can't get in as far or mash the gums together, so maybe there's less transmission risk too.
