What can you do to make World a better place?

Can you do anything? I do not think so. By doing "good" deeds you only harm yourself. Clever selfishness is the best strategy - make the others think you are not selfish, make them think you care about them, but in reality spent anything only when you can gain more in return.
Look at CoolSkill - some people here despise him, because he cheats - he lives on welfare, cuts the lines, but that is not his crime - his crime is that he admits it openly here. Many people cheat and go away with it - because they are good in it.
So - what is the best way of life?

If everyone kills themselves, there would be no more greed, murder, lying, deceit, prejudice, etc.

You must understand suicide is the ONLY way to achieve world peace.

 

Suicide is the only way how to achieve one's own eternal peace. But if all the humans would be dead - who would enjoy the beauty of life?
And suicide as a way of life - it is not. Unless you talk about suicidal tendencies or unsuccessful attempts. Than yes, it can be a way of life - of some clumsy loser. If you want to commit a suicide, do it once and properly. Do not talk about it.
BTW - I know what suicidal tendencies are. I suffer from periodical fits of severe depressions. There are moment where I really must fight the temptations to kill myself. And I can tell you - they are really strong and sweet. Sometimes I am quite afraid that one day I wouldn't be able to resist...

If yes, well, Suicide =ending one's life purposely, so there's something in it for sure...
Otherwise, Cope with the world. There's no way you can change the world, especially drastically, so just make sure you always know what the world's going to do with you.

Yes - but how? That's the thing I am interested in. There are definitely several "strategies". So called opportunism, although publicly despised, appears to be most convenient. On the other hand, there were, there are and probably there always will be people who "fight for better future for all humankind" - who are they? Irrational lunatics or heroes? How would you (not just curioucity - everybody) describe your own "strategy"?

 

Shouldn't you be asking what can the world do to make you a better person?

 

the only way to change the world is to change it for the worst.
i wanna start the apocolypes... no... i want to BE the apocolypes!
leave this world as a storm of fire. come crashing down and destroy as much as i can before destroying myself.
i cant make it better but i can make it worse. alot worse.
and when everyone is left crying and bleeding and everything is burning and the very earth we tread on dies... then i shall be happy.

Try to know when I can help and understand when I cannot. Trying to help everyone all the time only brings you to confusion but knowing what your limitations are is very necessary to prevent that confusion.
