Breakfast: 1 pear, 1 banana and half a cup of mixed seeds, that is, linseeds, sunflower and pumpkin seeds. Lunch: A lamb shish kebab in pita with home made fries and my own chili sauce, oh, and 1 beer and some merlot. Dinner: Shared a sheftalia sandwich in pita with my wife and more merlot. Eating 2 kebabs in one day is in no way typical of my eating habits... it just turned out that way.
Breakfast: 2 bowls of Life cereal (regular kind, not cinnamon swirl) Snacks: Salted cashews Lunch: Turkey and cheese sandwich Dinner: Lemon-chicken with fettucine noodles and a hell of a lot of garlic bread
Yogurt, Tuna w/ low fat mayo, Strawberry seltzer... half a roll of chocolate chip cookie dough... lol, I'm failing at the dieting thing. haha
I had such a good sandwich today. Whole wheat with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, sprouts, two slices of cheese, jalapenos, and mustard. Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image! Love those vegimite sandwiches.
Hi: As you might know I am a government employee. At our office we are served with lunch. Of course we pay for it but it is so cheap that it looks like it is free. Yesterday we had fish and rice mixed with vegetables for lunch. In the morning as usual: bread, cheese and sweetened tea. At night I had a little rice and yogurt. For my drink I had a can of nonalcoholic beer! It tasted like those I used to drink when I was young. quack - quack P.S.: most of the foods that people eat and post here are unfamiliar to me!
Hi: Breakfast: three slices of toast with cheese Lunch: rice, chicken and eggplant and a lot of yougurt. Dinner: soup
Hi: AM:Cottage cheese with mandarin oranges and coffee Forgot to eat lunch Dinner: Shrimp, steamed veggies, apples and a diet Pepsi.
For dinner last night, I had the best burger I've had in awhile. Before making the patties, I mixed into the meat chopped garlic, grated parmesan & plain yogurt [sounds weird, tastes great]. When they were done, we ate them on toasted bread from a local bakery, and I piled mine high with onions, a good bit of mustard and more parmesan. Eating is such a joy!
Hi: Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image! Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image! Honey says up this post "eating is such a joy." It is really so. Sometimes when I eat a piece of bread and some cheese and tomatoe, or a slice of toast - we have recently bought a sandwich-maker - I become so happy that is difficult to explain the feeling. I wish those who cannot afford what I eat, could feel that sensation. Maybe some day, maybe!!! God bless and cheers.
Is there a particular reason you are fasting cosmictraveler? I learned how to make Chicken Parmigana yesterday. I tasted some of the ingredients.
I fast at least 3 times a year for a few reasons. The primary one is to remember that over half of the worlds population goes to bed without eating anything, the next is to cleanse my body of stuff it may have accumulated and finally I like to get rid of a few excess pounds that I seem to have put on. Have you ever fasted? For how long?
Plenty of fluids, that is the only way to keep your body hydrated or else it would go into shock. I drink mainly water and apple juice but maimnly water. Probebly 10 glasses of water to every one glass of apple juice. The real , unfiltered apple juice not the concentrated shit.
Good for you. I hope you drink the pasteurized apple juice since there have be cases of e.coli out breaks in the nonpasteurized juice in the past couple of years. Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image!
