Okay, here in the American Midwest it is now December 12, a beautiful but chilly Sunday afternoon, after lunch, and having bookmarked this thread with great anticipation last week, I am now back. And while I am washing the lunch dishes I am also here expecting Jocariah to please point out to me which of yesterday's headlines "counts" as his fulfilled prophecy.

I'm not. I know exactly what's going on. And it makes me angrier than anything I've read on these forums so far. Jocariah stands revealed as a mendacious BS artist--and I stand revealed as a clueless idjit who, knowing how often these kinds of people will go back and remove their posts, and knowing how important it is therefore to Copy and Paste the BS artist's post into one's own post, thus precluding their BS being erased off the face of the planet where you can't get at it and hold them to it, as I say, I stand revealed as a Sloppy Poster who--dammit--forgot. I now see, to my immense chagrin, that he went back and edited his Original Post at 12-03-04 at 04:20 PM to completely remove his "prophecy", which IIRC said something like, "I predict that on December 11, 2004, something tumultous connected to the Mideast will happen." (second thoughts, from a prophet? I didn't know the gift worked like that...) And I see that then on 12-03-04, 08:15 PM he added this post, deliberately phrased much more vaguely than his original "prophecy", thus to give him some wiggle room when--inevitably--his original prophecy didn't pan out: What I see is a waffling coward who doesn't even have the guts to stand by his original words. Okay, well...I'll play the ball as it lies, then. Okay, Jocariah, specify: just which (quote unquote) "Act of violence" "connected to the Mideast" on Saturday "counts" as your fulfilled prophecy? You're claiming, above, that your prophecy was fulfilled. How? Tell us.

I didn't bother reading through all this, but from what I can see, people are kind of irked with Jocariah. Isn't he the one that made that thread with all the truisms and other weird stuff and then later posted how he fooled everyone and that it was some sort of psychology experiment or something like that? This actually isn't that bad of a topic.. what does the future hold, if we can narrow events down and assume making obvious statements then could it be narrowed down to logical events? per say if you knew all the events, could you tell what would happen to things not directly affected?
