    Candy Crack: Reese's Miniatures
Snack Crack: Tortilla chips with cheese dip made from Velveeta and Ro-Tel.
    Road Crack: Chee-Tos cheese puffs.
Dining Crack: Fettuccine alfredo, sourdough, bottle of Zin' (a proper Zin', not a "white" Zin').
Snobby Crack: Delmonico with three-pepper sauce, fries (chips), and a bottle of Merlot.

With either the Snack Crack or Road Crack, root beer is an excellent accompaniment; I recommend A&W. For either the Dining Crack or Snobby Crack, the salad should be spinach and arugula with romano cheese, fresh ground pepper, and honey-mustard dressing. A delicate balsamic vinaigrette works just as well. Also, for either Dining or Snobby Crack, the wines can be replaced with a steady flow of Guinness, Beamish, or other cask stout.

However, it's really the Candy, Snack, and Road Cracks that are dangerous to me. It may be that neither cigarettes nor a Sciforums poster kills me, but hydrogenated oils from all those damn cheese puffs. I'm not as frightened of the Velveeta only because I'm not sure how much of it my body actually digests.

I guess they're not the same, but the name reminds of pfeffernusse, spiced cake-y biscuits from Germany. Also very good, especially with brandy icing...

I have summertime ritual with mi amigos where we buy pints of half&half and twinkies, then gorge ourselves in the summer sun.

I did a little back of the wrapper calculations and it comes out to be about 4k calories for each of us.

Just a note on behalf of a friend, who described his crack for a couple of summers as having been fresh-picked raspberries (we hold St John's Wort, and not raspberries, to be noxious, apparently) and ice-cold Lambic Framboise while lounging in the sun.

(I knew there was a reason the comment about raspberries struck me.)

About 70 kilos, not really much for 2,03 meters. I have a very fast metabolism.

Raspberries are best with red wine (possibly chianti) drizzled over.
Also good summer food is strawberry, cucumber and black pepper salad.

Vanilla Ice cream and Orange Juice float. Have you tried one yet?.
