i dont drink coffee much as it requires thinking ahead before i leave the house. If i do drink it, its with milk and a little irish cream. Generally i just buzz through timmy's if i feel that much of a need for caffeine and get an english toffee cappucino with two ice cubes. (im impatient). Then i get the bonus headache later when the caffeine wears off and the sugar hits ya. =)
sometimes coffee with cognac after dinner , slightly drunk but not sloppy, energy but no clenching jaws, recommend it. In the summer i take coffee with Stack-2 before hitting the gym, working out like hamsters on speed.....
