So... how do you guys make the connection with the chicks?

I mean.... if you see a nice-looking girl on the street, do you aproach her? If so, how?

What I'm asking is..... which excuses do you use to introduce yourself to a girl (if any excuses)?

What about at school, college, university?
Or at work (ignore all the ethical implications

    )?

Do you say one of those cliche lines?

I wonder how you guys do it, cause that seems to be the hardest part of the game...... And often the most comic.....

When a guy approaches me, the best way is to say "Hi, my name is ..., can I buy you a drink?" or something along those lines. I like to just chat and get to know him. One time, I met a guy and he asked me out for brunch at a local cafe and we talked. It was out o fthe blue, but we ended up going out for a long time.

That really works? Well I meet most of my girlfriends in a bar for some reason (no i'm not always in the bar), so I have no idea to meet someone just on the street. A bar tends to make it easier to talk to strangers I guess.

Most girls like guys, so bearing in mind that 'faint heart never won a fair lady',
just go for it, and be likeable. 'Hi, would you let me buy you a coffee - I just couldnt let you walk away'. It doesn't matter a lot exactly what you say. Look for that
little smile signifying confirmation of her own attractiveness, even when it does
not not result in shared coffee. That way you'll know you're on the right track.
    Its all practice and opportunity.

Right on the street... I would normally not try it there, just not the right situation, but that ist not always true.

Anyway, it is easier to do so in a bar or café. In university? Now that is easy, after all, you can find a common topic very fast and it is easy to meet up and sit next to the desired person.

Eventough she couldn't pend time with me cause she had a class, but she is always around my class and we have been flirting once in a while, so..... I will wait till next class and ask her when she might want to hang out....

Quite true.... it is more interesting with people like me, that goes from classes that ranges from political science to biology.......

Do any of you guys still bounce on girls and help them get their books from the ground?

I guess that is a little outdated.... specially after some guys ended up knocking them out.....

The book trick wouldnt work on me, certainly not now you've described it!

But a good honest gaze and a smile do help, once youve made eye contact. If the girl gives you a grin + a nod, you know it at least wont hurt to go say hi. I find talking to someone new is nice, unless they carry on solely about themselves or just come on too strong, too soon. Another thing girls may do if they like you is straighten up + breath in, to show you how slim they are..
