Hi. How serious and effective? Don't have too much time to answer now but... It took 16 (not sure) little low life abdullas to shake the whole world september 11th and that was nothing, coming from unorganized groups. Heard of Ana Belen or Ana Montes, an US citizen working at the pentagon sending top US secrets, etc. to Castro couple years ago? Do a search for Cuban Spy Ana and you'll find the articles.
