If you have trouble getting out of your body, you can also consciously try to imagine yourself vividly being there, that may also help.
The intention in itself has a lot of power.

Therefore the road to power is paved with imaginary astral intentions.

Exactly Zion, there is no illusion , everything is real.

Fuse, what do you mean by dreamwalking, walking in your sleep?
I don´t know if that somehow can be transformed into astral "walking" , but it doesn´t sound impossible.

    Thanks Kmguru for the support.

To be serious for a moment,...

Yes, I used to have several experiences as a child,... but back in those days, I wasn't consiously aware of it,...
it took strange proportions tough,...and then I gues I just Flipped,...

About what's going on in the astral world nowadays, I consider it verry dangerous to leave the nearly-safe-haven of my mind,...and indeed when I do it,...I go to places that are garanteed free of hazzard,...
And yes you may call me afraid, I am,...but atleast I'm not naïve,...
    But there is indeed a big difference in the way I (myself) experience this. It's the following: OTHERS (then myself) experience it better than I can imagine it!!! In particular: the child of a woman where I use to be with,...(pain&greef) said one morning (after I had "tough" about her) quite frankly the following;
"You can leave your body! How do you do that?!"

I was at least to say: surprized,...but her mother didn't gave me time enough to explain in depth,...because that takes more then a couple of months,...

So now you know I don't want to bring all this greef with me into the astral world where it doesn't belong,...so I don't go 'out' to offen.

Fukushi, if you are experiencing pain and greef, that will reflect itself on whatever dimension you may be in, so that is something you need to take care of first, for your own wellbeings sake.
But I know that´s easier said than done and takes a lot of time and effort.
But what´s the alternative, to suffer for the rest of your life? That´s not even an option, now is it?
When I´m depressed ( it happens...), I try to examine the cause of the feeling carefully from every possible perspective, feel the pain for all that it is, and then let it go.
I have come to a point in my life where I refuse to be unhappy, I will simply not take it, it´s wrong. So I challange it, I dig into the pain and eliminate it.

Life is not supposed to be the arena of agony, it´s supposed to be the fields of love.

When the naive man admits his naivete, he is no longer naive. Thus, all people are regarded by society as either ignorant or a liar

    Better Angels to our nature

Oh,...The least I can say is ,....this is more then I hoped for! Yes I admid to myself having these bad issues,....but naïtivity is something you're just overwhelmed with so I guess It doesn't make any sense for me either to make such an issue out of it; it was never intended this way: I just ment to say: I'll Love them forever,...even tough I don't get to see them that often,...
I guess I love everyone I ever loved in my entyre life,.....
I just hope you all understand,...
    Thank you Bebelina!!!

Bebelina is right, she gave good advice.

Life is odd, you live it your way. Forever trust in who you are.
Every day brings something new. Have an open mind for a different view...
