    Does anyone know how to find out if your computer has Bluetooth or not?

    i just bought a hp centrino 1,6 pavillion 2000 - it has blue tooth but i ve not activated it yet !!!

    even i would like to know abt it , thanks for starting this thread star one !

    Assuming you've got one which has been set up already :

    Hold down the windows key and press Pause
    Click on the hardware tab
    Go to the Device Manager

    And if you have an installed Bluetooth device it'll be listed.

    In my experience it is mostly laptops which have Bluetooth as a standard option. Most desktop vendors won't include it due to cost restrictions, and bluetooth is mostly designed as a mobile technology.

    If you don't have it, a USB bluetooth adapter is relatively inexpensive.
