What in the 10 levels of hell is this? See that, I had to add an extra level just for you! Are you seriously asking people to donate money to you so that they can use Google through your site?

Holy shit is right! If you've made a $100 just by doing that then I need to get myself in on this scam, err, scheme! I wonder who would donate to something like this.. Xev? Heh.
` Possible, but unlikely... The thing looks like a variation on something called Google AdSense. You sign up & get a piece of html code you can add to your site that creates a set of Google links. When people click on the links, you get a bit of chingy. Same thing with a Google search toolbar if you add one to your site... if people click on sites reached thru it, you get a few pence. I read about it in Graphic Arts Monthly magazine. A guy who was part subject of the article was a designer who started a blog about Tivo - the digital recorder gizmo, and added the links as an afterthought, hoping to make enough to cover the fee for the site. He ended up - according to the article - pulling in about a hundred spendolas a day from fellow Tivo enthusiasts clicking on the links on his site. Thing is... the software somehow "tunes in" on the subject matter of the site, and lists related ads in the links. From what I read of the rules of use - "sitebuilder" boy is violating 'em big time by having zero content on his site. (if he got the stuff from AdSense, at least...) Wonder if there's any way to report it... heh... .
