Yeah, gotta do a paper on him. What are ways he isnt moral/heroic? Besides the obvious that he steals from people that might have actually worked hard for their money. Thanks
If you look at him through the establishments eyes they see him as a thief and robber. It all depends on who is looking at him and judging what he does.
He is going against laws of a society in an anti-productive way. Instead of contributing to a better government, he is breaking down the current system.
Maybe he wasn't suicidally insane? There would be no chance of a few English jomen against the Norman cavalry on an open field. Oh, btw, consider reading "Ivanhoe" by Sir Walter Scott, it will give you a glimpse of that time (Robin Hood, King Richard III and a few others included). http://www.online-literature.com/walter_scott/ivanhoe/
i think heroes (in a military context) are usually suicidally insane.i read ivanhoe about 8 years ago, remember quite liking it but dont actually remember much about it.was made into a tv thing with the bastard captain from the last of the mohicans i think.
*gasp!* *shock!* *terror!* a terrorist?! Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image! yes, a popular word nowadays, soon they will put it on toilet paper too
He fought against the government, stuck it to the man (literally- arrows!). Me see no bad in the character.
