The clock blinks every 11.3 seconds. Add the numbers the hands r pointing to.

Heh, in the end the haibun created is actually a designation to a URL address. I have no idea what I was on when I came up with that one. I have to admit, it was done during a free thought during work-time. The only reason it took so long to set-up was that I had to wait for certain elements such as the clock to be made, though total work time was about two hours with the photoshop editing and all.
