Is it ethical to grow/clone a new arm or leg for somone who needs them. (Assuming we only clone an arm and not an entire human) What if someone desperately needs one and has no chance for a donor?
If you managed to clone a brain & provide a life support system for it, I would consider it to have the rights of a normal human.

Uploaded with ImageShack.us It only becomes a problem of ethics the closer to the mantle of Sacred Human Ego one gets. This is why AI and intelligence in animals are issues clotted with moral dilemmas and hypocrisy-- they're threats.
I wonder if they could grow me a third arm?...so I can type with 2 hands...and still polish the carrot. Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image! Seriously...I don't see why it would be unethical unless you are against animal testing.
