“The "missing" 13th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States

  1. The following is from:
    http://land.netonecom.net/tlp/ref/13th-amend.shtml

“The "missing" 13th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States reads as follows:
"If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive, or retain any title of nobility or honour, or shall without the consent of Congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office, or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, prince, or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them." “

The implications of this amendment is that ALL LAWYERS would lose their citizenship if they belonged to bar associations, worked for foreign governments, etc. & would be unable to hold political office. WOULDN’T THAT be a good start?

It said at the top of the article that he was an attorney. What authority does Dodge and Dunn have, other than one being a 'researcher' and the other a former Baltimore police investigator?
