2 Dollars

Hi, I'm wondering if someone could kindly give me 2 dollars so that i have a beginning balance in my paypal account. I've only recently just joined paypal and want to experience having a balance. 2 dollars should be enough to clear the paypal fees and leave me with a small sum. You can pay by either paypal or your credit card, just click the link and then click the paypal logo. I'll post when I have a balance.

Good luck.. some would rather put that $2 to SF than give it to you. I'm not being mean, but SF needs donations to make sure we stay up.

Why can't you put $2 in your own account or get a friend/relative to do it?

 

Didn't think of that because it's not really an option. This is the only means I have to get a balance.

Do this: dress homeless. Go out on the streets and ask for money (small amounts.. like a quarter or dime or nickel). When you get $2, put it in your bank account. Then wire the money over.

Seriously though. 2 dollars is beyond your means? Maybe I'm missing something here, but is there any point in having a paypal account at all if you cannot even find 2 dollars to get it started?

 

I dont have any credit cards and to transfer funds from my bank account would take alot of effort I think so I havent bothered with that. Others have credit cards.

Got a checking account? Get a Visa check card. It's easy. It works just like a credit card. You can use it like a credit card. However all funds come directly out of your checking account. You don't even deal with bills or establishing credit.

I got one.. it's so great.

 

if donating to the sciforums drive is your concern there are people here that are willing to help you.
there is at least one poster i am aware of that you can send money to by money order and they will deposit it in the account, but that might not work in your case cause of your low post count.

what you are doing here can essentially be construed as a scam.

 

The paypal account is so I can "receive" money from others "all around the world" when I have a brilliant idea for a business. I personally have no means to transfer money to it but others do which is key for me.

 

I read sciforums everyday but I find I completely lack the skills to post to the required standards without earning myself insults and abuse. Hence the low post count. I read everyday. I'm very sick and language is difficult. Insults and abuse ya know.
