ooh... we're nearly at 30,000 posts. Tell you what ... whoever posts the 30,000th message will get a free sciforums t-shirt (or hat or mug or mousepad)! (whenever they come out -- ie. whenever I get my graphics card on my Photoshop machine working, which, given my recent luck with technology, may not be soon -- but the promise stands).
We are working hard. May be you could send out a broadcast to all - for those who have not visited for a while.
This place is bounding by leaps and grows. (Did I say that?) Guess at times I'm bass aackwardsPlease Register or Log in to view the hidden image!
30,001 ? Ah, we have a winner! Congrats to wet1 for posting the 30,000th message! More importantly, thanks to everyone who has contributed in any way to sciforums. You've helped to create one of the most interesting destinations on the net. The quality and intelligence of the community and the resulting debate is always exciting for me, and hopefully for everyone who visits. Thank you! ... and maybe, just maybe, I'll have something even cooler to give away at our next milestone!
Can't wait till I get my t-shirt for doing 30.000 posts by myself. Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image!
yeh congratssssss considering this chap never made a post since 2003 he pops up out of retirement at the lure of a teeshirt, now thats what I call a fan
man, he should have disqualified people who don't post in the science sections. I am not really sure who wet1 is, but I don't think they post in the math physics section =]
that's because prior to his claiming the 30,000 post he hasn't posted since 2003 under that user name that is.
He didn't like the logo on the T shirt, "I made the 30,000th post on SciForums and all I got was this lousy T shirt"
He talking exclusively about me here, isn't he? Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image! Really. It was nothing...
I'm led to understand that the lucky winner will receive a beautiful, mass-produced Sciforums mug, with "Who cares?" printed on it in red with a gold border, but perhaps I'm misinformed.
