We decriminalize, legalize, and tax drugs. To appease the Right, we git rid of all the assualt weapon bans, gun lawsuits, etc..etc.. The left is happy because drugs are legal and there is a huge decrease in gun violence (being that gangs make their money off drugs, if they cant make any money they'll stop selling them and shooting each other over territory and profits). The Right (though troubled by drugs...gotta love those We hate Sex, We love Violence Puritan values...) is happy because they have their guns.
