I am never planning on sticking my pole in a North Pole. Why you ask? Because I dont want an icicle in between my pants. I want everything functioning just right.

 

That's good. A little faster than me actually. 36 minutes and some change last time I ran in the states.

 

yeah weight has a big effect on muscles. I am planning to loose much more weight, this will allow me to not tire my muscles so fast. Also I moved to a new town (Mammoth Lakes) which is like at altitude of 8000ft so my lungs will be able to process more oxygen and thus I will run faster on the sealevel.

 

Yea, I was in colorado springs for the longest time. Still currently based there. Avg altitude is around 6.3k feet above sea level.

Yeah your lucky to be stationed there, you will thank your body once on sea level ground.

 

But I'm asking you whether you'd go to the North Pole, and not whether you'd like to stick your penis into some ice mass.

Well obviously I did a fat chick. I made a whole thread about it, so dont play all dummy here.

It made me feel like I lost dignity. But now that I think about it, it wasnt that bad. Experience is a plus.

I'm in Al Kut right now, i'm headed to bosra in a few days. I think we're pretty much at sea level around this place. When I make it back to colorado springs, I figure walking up stairs will be like breathing through a coffee straw once again.

Hopefully in a month, when we get transfered to afghanistan, we're in the mountains like we were suppose to be... I prefer them over this rainy, rainy, muddy, stinky excuse for a country.

Oh, also.... I forgot to mention. The vast majority of American Olympions train in colorado springs.

The purpose of this is to analyze the situation, figure out what went wrong and get things working the way they should be.

 

Seems like I spend more time there then I do in the states. I actually am just looking forward to the mountains. They're beautiful this time of year.
