Apple vs. FBI

Back in California: On Tuesday, Apple, out of an abundance of caution, files a formal objection to the ex parte order just so they can't be accused of not dotting every i. On Wednesday, they call to the California judge's attention that the judge in New York has ruled in Apple's favor. Also, a "Grassroots" computers association (M$?), the ACLU, and two computer companies request permission to leave friend-of-the-court briefs.
