But it sticks in my head, sometimes, because the theme song, 「星の在処」 ("Hoshi no Arika"/"Where the Stars Are") opens with a synth line unmistakably earworming a Van Halen tune the rest of the song sounds nothing like. It's an earworm, to be certain. Spoiler But, yes, connections are tenuous. Everything has its place, or, y'know, something like that.
