Yeah ? It is easy to make such funny statements and run away. Generally Origin does that.

I was alluding to your stupid comment about binary stars, guess it was over your head. Since you have no evidence for your position, the troll goes back on ignore, he is irrelevant.

Whoever said the galaxy was rigid?
The spiral arms for instance are not permanent structures but are actually density waves much as a traffic jam.
If they were rigid, they would have wound tight by now due to the galaxy's rotation.

Ah. Now you decide you don't want to talk about it.

That's about as close to a concession as one can expect on the internet.

Indeed, galactic orbits and red or white or pink dwarfs arfe not what this thread is about.

You don't understand what rigid means here....leave it.

I'm still here. But I see you have backed off, realizing you are out of your depth. That's a good thing.

As your posts in the main show, particularly the lot in this thread, the only misunderstanding is from yourself.
You actually have no idea about stellar processes and the main sequence, and that is just basics and is there for all to see.

I confess TG, it is akin to a someone thinking flying airplanes are preposterous when they haven't understood the principles of flight.

No way man...I will be on this thread for quite some time...I promise you 10 such points.

I am sorry to say that it is not countered why it cannot be multi....and why only unitary....

Well off the line, but I am quite ok in flight control and automatic navigation too.

Just don't make abusive statement, think for a moment how an orbit of 250 millions years be stable when it has to pass through billions of stars....

Because we don't have a companion star.
We have many (local) stars that all interact fluidly. That's what gives the galaxy its sublte structure.

    Who said it was stable?

It certainly doesn't follow a perfect ellipse. It wanders about a little, from the tug of its neighbors, and the infuence of the spiral arms it is in. But these deviations are vanishingly small relative to its galaclitc orbit.

Expecting a singleton system as small as our solar system at such high distance from GC, is preposterous...Think logically my friends, just don't buy what is offered.

Argument by incredulity (the opposite of logical).

    Read more. Be less incredulous.

He actually suggested it was "rigid" until I pulled him up on that faux pas.
