Depends on what you mean by "prevail". Unfortunately, falsehoods like young-earth creationism, moon-landing conspiracies, etc. still exist, no matter how clear the evidence is against them. Believers in those falsehoods often claim that their "truth" will prevail.

Unfortunately for you, it already has; it is the minority of people that believe the delusions and lies. Sadly, a very vocal minority, but still a minority.
 
PHILOCHRONY VS MECHANICS

Mechanics is the branch of Physics that studies the movement in space in relation to time. Kinematics does not consider mass or force. Dynamics considers all: mass, force, space and time. Kinematics and Dynamics are the parts in which Mechanics is divided.

Philochrony considers only time isolated of mass, force and space. Philochrony studies the change in general (time) and its duration.

In Automotive mechanics Philochrony is interested in the history of the automobile, for example: the year of manufacture, the repairs made, the miles or kilometers traveled, the owners who have had, etc.
